Problem Statement- Needed a single solution for several contractors hired by L&T without taking up space in the ground area.
Youngman's Solution-
We provided a hanging scaffold solution to L&T, which was convenient for several electrical and mechanical contractors to work at a single time.
Following pain points were solved-
- Freed up the complete ground area, thus creating better mobility.
- Several smaller contractors could work at the same time, which saved a lot of time and energy for L&T to arrange work at height solutions for each contractor individually.
- Machinery and tools could be carried in one go, thus helping save a lot of time.
Mumbai Metro Project
Problem Statement- Needed to work on the 3-9 o clock part of the tunnel which was difficult to access
HPCL Barmer Refinery Project
Problem Statement- Required working on pipe racks which is difficult with a conventional scaffolding system.

We provided a hanging solution to the client, which ensured safety along with maximum productivity
Pain points we resolved-
- Freed up the entire ground area for a cleaner operation
- Created an easy to access hanging scaffold that facilitated work on pipe racks
- No other platform was required, and all the equipment and workers could use the same hanging platform for their work.
Case: DMRC Phase-4 Metro Project
Problem Statement- Client Required a solution to work on metro tracks that could be customized in length due to certain constraints, but our current designs could only support 850 mm or 1450 mm extensions.
Youngman’s Solution
We provided a customized cantilever solution, 5 mt in height with adjustable handrail, and the cantilever was designed with our beam system, that could be adjusted to different lengths.
Pain Points Resolved
- Adjustable cantilever solution provided that allowed the customer to work on the desired location with safety
- Adjustable handrails helped the customer reach different heights at different times with ease
- The Scaffold could be easily moved on the tracks, thus reducing down time and increasing productivity
RRTS Project Meerut (AFCONS Infrastructure)
Problem Statement-
Customer was looking at purchasing scaffolds instead of renting them due to his own mind constraints. This was leading to higher operational cost, less productivity and inventory management by the company.
Youngman's Solution-
Along with providing solutions to our customers, we at Youngman also try to solve problems that the customer faces while working at height. Keeping that in mind, we had a meeting with the decision makers of the company to discuss the benefits of renting over purchase, and offered them the best possible solution at a reasonable cost that could fit their budgets with ease.
